“Speak, for your servant is listening.” — 1 Samuel 3:10b
When honoring the call to speak, listening and responding in obedience go hand in hand. The beauty of Samuel’s self-effacing call was he responded when God spoke. I’m no Samuel, but I humbly make myself ready to answer when a woman’s group or ministry is led to call my name.
How? Well, I came up with my version of the “TOP 5 BOOKING QUESTIONS” — things you’d like to know if you had an interest in booking me for your next event. No use in making this complicated…
Q. WHO DO YOU LIKE TO REACH?
A. Good question. I’m called to touch the tough and tender issues of life surrounding women. Whomever fits my tagline — “Honest Survivors Embracing A Savior Honestly” — fills my reach. That makes me available for women’s retreats, conferences, special events, mother-daughter banquets, small group discussions, one-on-one talks… Well, I hope you understand my passion to reach God’s blessed beauties!
Q. WHEN ARE YOUR PREFERRED BOOKING DAYS?
A. It’s all about the distance. Within a short radius of my home (300 miles, round-trip driving), I can accommodate a Friday evening/Saturday all-day schedule. Longer distances require air travel and include a Friday evening/Saturday evening/Sunday half-day schedule. This availability is offered twice a month and is subject to change as God sees fit and family needs change.
Q. DO YOU HAVE A PREPARED SET OF TOPICS?
A. Actually, I will make this questions 3 & 4. I do have a prepared list of topics I offer, but I understand not one size fits all. When I prepare for an event, I love to connect with the needs and nature of the inviting ministry team. If a prepared topic does not work for an event, I serve best by listening for what does. Download the “Be A B.L.E.S.S.I.N.G.” presentation sheet to get a feel for my prepared topics.
Q. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO BOOK YOU OR TO GET MORE INFORMATION?
A. Again, good question. You can…
Hope that answers your questions. If you need more, remember, God’s servant girl is here to listen!
